I managed to track down some information that may be able to help you. Power off your printer, then press &hold buttons while powering on. If it doesnt reset then unplug it & press & hold buttons while plugging it in.
# & 3 Partial reset
# & 6 Semi full reset
# & 9 Full reset
A full reset will clear any stored information in th printer, speed dials ect. So always start with a partial reset and work your way up.
I hope this helps.
1) unplug the power cord at the both ends from the printer and wall outlet. connect tto wall out let directly dont connect to printer.
2)Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product hold for 1 min after plugging the power cord, and then release both buttons, this should resolve the issue.
hhhmmm try to download a resstter for your printer model, cause that error code cud mean that some part of your printer has reach its limits, printers nowadays have a counter in it. if you cant find any resetter software for your printer you shoukd call the HP tech. support cause they are the only who knows the right key combination on your printer panel that allows the parts to be reset.
