The lint, hair, grass clippings etc do not go to the filter they stay in the tub or rubber ring. Have to wipe out tub after every wash. And the last front load I had the water came 1/4 of the way up the window, I never see water during the wash or rinse cycle but everything is wet when I take it out.

Press "end of cycle". Plug off the wall. Code can be an indication of several issues. The most common cause is over-sudsing in the machine. Overloading the wash with too much laundry may also cause the LE error code. Lastly, a breakdown in the signal between the microprocessor and the motor may cause that error code. This can occur if there is a loose wire, see that all wires are tightened..........
And rate me pl ...........if helped.

SOURCE: Fabric Softener & bleach dispensing
The control board program has many sensors built into the unit to determine when to dispense the bleach and the softener. LG tech documents doesn't list when these liquids are dispensed so there must be a program that matches the current operation and loads of each wash program. That's the best answer I can give you at this time.
SOURCE: LG front load washer/ clothes still wet after final spin
The heavy jacket prevented the washer from spinning at a rapid pace, so I added a heavy bathrobe to absorb some of the water and to balance the load. The washer then spun very quickly and drained out all the water.

I have the same washer now for several years now. I keep getting the smell now and then. After reading all these disappointed people I went down to the machine and cleaned out the "Pump filter". It had been smelling today, I was tired of this problem also. So i opened the little door at the bottom front left corner. There you find a little black hose, pull it out a little and pull the plug. There you drain the water that's laying inside smelling up the house. Now you un-screw the big black cap. Once you remove the cap, you find a plastic filter-catcher. I found paper, a dime, and several other things that came out of my pockets. You can take the basket to the sink and wash it out. Put it back together and try checking it in one month. Also I used some needle nose pliers to clean the nasty stuff around the gasket. At the bottom of gasket try pulling it back to get to the hair and ****. We have a dog, so the hair is bad.
