S11-flex hd not pairing to iphone

Hello Sandy Mayhew,

To connect your S11-FLEX HD with other devices follow the steps below:
1. Turn Bluetooth on for your other device. (phone, computer, etc.)
2. Turn headset on. (Please ensure device is charged)
3. Enter passcode, if prompted, on your other device. Passcode is 0000
4. When complete headset will say "Device 1 connected".

If an error is displayed, you can reset the settings to factory: press and hold the Power & MFB buttons together, then select Reset headset and try again.

The left ear is louder and much clearer than the right ear

Tried the knife, made it 10% better but no wax to clean, bc a small rubber circle is under the net... 3 good hard plucks made mine work again. Don't be afraid to pluck it hard, I tried it before softer, which didn't work initially. Reassemble, twist it's neck counter clockwise (right ear) and pluck HARD.

How to sync my bluetooth?

Hold the power button down approx.
6 seconds until the blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step 1.

Go to your cell phone after you've done the above directions and:
Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >
Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices.
The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds.
Select Motorola H500.
Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.
Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.

I hope this helps anyone else who's having a problem pairing their Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset :)!!! I just got mine to work w/ the same info!!!
