SOURCE: kiddie fire alarm model I12060, beeps once every

This happened to me, my smoke detector started chipping so I changed the batteries. A few seconds later it started chirping again. The answer is in the way you put the batteries in. The smoke detector allows you to put the batteries in wrong and makes a slight connector. This slight connector tricks the detector into thinking the batteries are weak. Simply turn the batteries around so the fat connector of the battery touches the skinny connector of the device. Mine was, fat side on the right.

SOURCE: My airpurifier stopped working completely,

If you have a filter, than replace it. Look up the brand name of the unit and try to find an on-line manual.

How to stop my system sensor 5621 alarm from beeping

They have a service life of 10 years and have an inbuilt timer to let you know that by beeping. There should be a date on the underside of it. Remove it, look and if necessary replace it.

Do you know if the fisher & paykel refrigerator door alarm be disabled? Model RF135B. I have to mute it every time I open the door. Manual does not indicate how to disable.

The door alarm is on a timer and should only sound if the door is left open for some time. If refrigerator is new as stated it will be under warranty so repairs will be free,

Waring TCO650 toaster oven - how to turn off or down the beeping

I found it! In the manual that came with the toaster (and not the one online), I found the following instructions:

1. To turn the indicator beep OFF: Press both [TOAST] and [BAGEL] keys and hold for 5 seconds.
2. to turn the indicator beep ON: Repeat the above process.

Note - if you lose power or unplug the unit, the beep comes back, so keep these instructions handy. :)

How do you turn off the beaping on a Haier Clothes Dryer?

The responses here miss the issue: The beeps described by the Poster are NORMAL and signal a finished load. However, the beeps are very loud, persistent, and extremely annoying, therefore the Poster wants to DISABLE the beeps. The question is how to disable the annoying beeps.

Can you turn off the annoying beep when toast is

Hate to tell you this, but from the looks of their manuals on the similar Australian model, then no.

"When the toasting cycle is complete, the toaster will ‘beep’ to indicate that the toast is ready. No need to wait while the toast cooks."

Aopen ax34 tamper alarm--how to reset????

I don't think that board actually has a tamper alarm in the bios, password security yes but I saw no mention of a tamper alarm. Besides, a tamper alarm won't stop the pc from booting, it just lets you know that the case has been opened....sorry. I think you likely have a mainboard/ram issue.

First thing is to clear the bios. Here's how. Right beside the floppy connector, there is a jumper labeled 'JP14'. Please do the following

  1. Turn off the pc and remove the ac power cord.
  2. Remove the atx power connector from the mainboard (from power supply).
  3. Locate jp14 and move the jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pins 2 and 3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Put jp14 back to pins 1 and 2
  5. Reconnect the atx power connector.
Or you can just unplug it from the waal and remove the bios battery for an hour.
sa code
Try to fire it up again. If it still won't boot, then let me know the number of beeps it makes and the pattern to the beeps ie: one long beep then another long beep or 1 long beep then 2 short ones. These beep are actually telling you what the problem is.

Hope this helps! Post a comment and let me know how you make out.

Kenmore he4t washer

I had the same problem. The "fire alarm" sound is coming from the silver panel behind your washer. The panel is vibrating loudly during the wash cycle. A Sears repairman solved this by taking a small piece of cardboard (cut from a box) and wedging it between the side edge of the panel. He operated the washer's cycle and adjusted the tightness of the wedge until the loud sound stopped. It did! Hope this helps you!
