MINE YOU THAT IF THIS PROCEDURE DOES NOT WORK DO NOT RESET GAIN YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE FUSER IT CAN CATCH ON FIRE THAT WILL RUIN A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY!!!!!!!! have tech come out replace the fuser
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

Check that the H1[ fuser lamp] comes on when the Main Power
Switch is set to ON, and correct or replace as necessary.

To reset the code, please do the following
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.

if you mean to initialize the machine then go to service mode, then go to system 1, from there you can initialize the machine settings to factory settings.

C-5102/5103 - Main motor failure.
Check the motor connector,the drive coupling or the mechanical control board and DC power supply unit.90% mechanical rpoblem.
Sir/mam check the right side door that you open to remove the image unit check that the two latches that hold the door close are OK especially the rear one. Close up. To reset. On the right side of the machine just below the scanner section (The part with the big glass) is a cover next to where you connect the Ethernet cable. Remove the cover with the machine on use a small screw driver and gentle depress the small black switch the machine is going to go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it to the left on the screen in the middle you will see a "." when that is displayed press 3. Code will come back but now press the Utility/counter button should see button that say maintenance mode press that see trouble reset press that machine again will go thru warm up procedure will see the "." DO Nothing! Should go to "Ready to Copy" if the code comes back have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. Can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
