Wont power on

Sounds like you need a new bulb, or possibly new lamp. The red/green flashing is the warm up to get the bulb ready. If it's shutting down after that, instead of turning on, it means the bulb isn't working - that's a common thing, for the bulb to burn out. Possibly the lamp's bad, but that's much less likely.

I pickd up my prjector while it was on. i turned it over an i head a POP and all the lights went on so i pulled the plug now it wont turn on... what is the prob?

The POP sounds typically means the project bulb blew (just like a typical light bulb). You can take it into a repair shop to have the bulb replaced.

My timer is running and I have swapped the black and red pins to turn on and off the lights but the lights do not come on? Were do I find the model number?

My model number is on a sticker inside the door.
I have the 300 watt, and it matches the total wattage of my bulbs.
A lot of people ask for replacement Malibu tripper pins on Fixya, so your tripper pins might be worn down. I cannot find Malibu trippers, even on e-bay. And the new timer clocks are electronic.
Check your circuit breaker to see if unit is getting electricity, including GFCIs in bathroom.
Plug hair dryer in same plug as Malibu to see if there is power
Brush a wire across the screw terminals to see if there is any spark going to bulbs.
It's unlikely that all the bubs failed at once, but if power pack shows spark on the terminals, the bulbs should be getting electricity.
If a couple bulbs burned out, the power pack can burn out the others.
Unplug power pack until you get bulbs replaced.

Unfortunately if the power pack stops operating, it is broken.

I did find some tips to help folks preserve their power packs:
1) Match wattage of bulbs with wattage of power pack
-15 each X 20 watt bulbs = 300 watts, so install 300Watt power pack
2) Installing a 500W power pack on 300W of bulbs will burn out bulbs and power pack.
3) Replace bulbs as soon as they burn out or other bulbs will burn out and power pack will burn out.
4) When working on bulbs, unplug power pack or it may burn out.

Blub goes out during use.

Most fans have a sense line to detect the fan is working properly, Possible the sense circuit has failed. The unit should not start if it thinks the fans are not running. Possible thermal problem with the sense circuit, since your unit starts up then stops.
