Why my system eject cd/ dvd and after that i use combinition keys eject+ stop to lock it, it dosen't read the disc and show's no disc in. how i can fix it?

You can't. CD/DVD or even VHS have sensors. Sensors sending information about empty or loaded. Can be laser are broken too. Laser after loaded dick try to read out information from disc, but if no info, device understand like 'empty disk' or 'just no disk'.
You can try to buy CD/DVD cleaning disc for laser clean, but if driver can't find disc perhaps it not help.

How do I remove the cylinder from a Yale Y130/70/116/1 padlock so I can remove a broken off key.

You can't. Make sure the cylinder is in the upright position, and tap the lock on a bench face down (very hard) it may dislodge it enough to grab it with some tweezers. If no luck, throw it away.

My SR750H has the tray locked and whatever I do it will not unlock

Is it locked, or jammed? Is there a small unmarked hole above the tray mechanism? If so, gently push a straightened paper clip into the hole until you see the tray open a bit. At this point you should be able to carefully use your fingernail to draw out the tray and retrieve your disc. Sometimes this is all it takes to unjam the mechanism. Other times a broken belt or gear renders the mechanism broken.

Broken thread warning when thread not broken

That happened to my daughters machine. If when you thread you don give a good taut tug on the first loop it won't thread in the tension discs properly. Also, completely unplug and "reset" your machine ...sometimes its gets worn out too.

Pd f-407 wont pick up disc

This type of repair is tricky at best because it is a multi disc player. Some discs will jam together locking up the loading bay, also! the timing gear will go out sync, or the the plastic gears will show signs of ware causing gears to slip, the final aspect is broken worm gear and cogwheels cracked or missing a tooth. In order to repair unit must be dismantled to attempt the repair.

Broken studs I have removed the studs & lremoved the bolts holding the disc also I have removed the brake caliper but there is not enough room between the hub &the disc to get the new studs in Its...

i assume this is the front wheel... you will need to remove the wheel hub completly. to do this will need to remove thhe manual or auto locking hub, these are normally either a 10mm bolt for manual hubs and an 8mm alen key for the auto's. behind that is a circlip on the axle that holds a locking ring. remove the circlip and the snout type lock ring. then will need to remove the wheel bearing lock ring, normally 2 philips screws into the bearing adjuster. then will be able to undo the wheel bearing adjuster all the way off the shaft and the hub and disc should pull off. remove the disc and then can access the wheel stud.
reccommend check out the wheel bearings while off. ensure has heeps of clean grease, refit the hub with the disc and tighten adjuster tight. then loosten it and wind in again until it just stops turning easily, this is as the adjuster starts pushing on the bearings, this is setting the freeplay of the bearings, then refit locking hub and brake caliper

I have a Dual DVD player and it has locked itself .I cant get the disc out. Anybody help?

Take the cover off the unit...find the dvd side of the player..there may be two small screws that hold the disc cover with the top spindle on...take these screws out to remove the disc...while your in there you may want to look for a broken gear/belt..this may be causing your dvd drawer to not open
