Maybe; you would have to contact Pacific Image and see if they have a driver for Win7 for your unit. If they don't, you can try other drivers in the hope that you'll find one generic enough to make it work. You can also try running it in compatibility mode and load what drivers you do have. You have about a 50/50 chance of that working.
