Emboidery layout not aligning correctly

I have a Janome 10000. When I try to align my embroidery design to the lower right corner for placement it is coming out in the middle of the hoop.

Mmm I suggest that you try another flash card, I have encountered several that do not work properly, and there appear to be several scam copies with nothing in.

I have a Janome 11000-it won't embroidery
You have to be sure you have the correct foot on the machine and that it is put on correctly. You can't use a regular foot - you need to use the embroidery foot P, which require you to remove the foot holder altogether, and put on the P.
