When the temp drops 1 degree, it will begin to heat up again. you may need a better cover, especially if it's cold outside. i would set it lower (like 100) and then when you know you are going to use it, turn it up and give it an hour or 2 to heat up...i used to have a timer on my old one and i loved that bc i had it set to heat up each night "just in case i wanted to use it"

The heater won't shut off. It just keeps heating until it reaches the highest setting. The pool on button has never worked. Only the spa on button lights up.

Be carefull you probably got a stuck relay on the circuit board its gonna heat up to mush and melt the hoses dont let it higher then 103 turn it off

I am unable to lower the temperature on my dreammaker spa

Is it because the buttons are not responsive?
or is the set temp at 100 but just not dropping in actual water temp?
if former, bad control panel.
if latter, allow time to cool?

Spa will not get up to temp I set it to 103 and it only gets to 91

Go to a Pool & Spa Store & take your
owners manual, etc & discuss it there

91 may be a default setting when the pump is off
& it is not used,so you may have a problem

How long should it take to heat spa only

20 to 30 minutes.
if this is a pool and spa combo system, then you are not only sucking water from spa and returning only to spa!
you have a incorrect setting of the valves. It needs to be 100% suction from the tub, and 100% return of water to the tub.
