K800i hi recently purchased sony k8001 it works fine but was previously on three network.so displays 3 s menus and stuff on front screen how can i change this to 02 screen an wap settings.02 were no help

02 settings will have to be done by carrier of 02....wallpaper can be downloaded

I had same problem with mine! It is the software that has crashed and requires a full software reimage. You will need to take to a repairers who can connect to computer and reload fresh image. I am in uk and mine cost about £30.

To format phone in menu go to setting in setting security setting next restore factory setting followed by phone code will format ur phone

You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap/GPRS and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone.
