My T.sonic 610 is not formatting what can i do

    i have buyed a TRANSCEND 1gb mp3 player last year for 5,500/rs

    now i had a problem i cannot format it nor i can upload an songs to it

    so please am requesting u to slove my problem

See insert the driver disc in the cd rom which u have with the player pack.....Now open it see there is one option called RECOVRY now format ur player it will definately work fine......all the best.......listen to some good songs.......take care
