I had the same problem with a SONY Bravia 42 ". The cause for that malfunctioning (negative screen or solarized screen) is a video chip in the T-CON card. Th code number for that integrated circuit is Asf15 . They are very cheap to buy but the problem is the replacing of the defective chip for a good one. In my case I bought tthe integrated circuit on the internet and i took the TV to a specialized TV repair shop, because that is a very delicate job for anyone to do it by himself. At the end i did not spend much money and now my TV works as well as when i just bought it !
I hope that helps you
hi i lost 1milion in chips i folded but the dealer thouhgt i called and i lost i would like my chips back before i make an official complaint about zynga poker and i don't want to do that but i will do if i do not see my chips back in one hour
My experience with a Haier Plasma 42EP24S is that they have weak software chip that goes bad and can cause a number of symptoms from picture with no sound, will not recognize video inputs, or my current problem tv turns on and off irratically. This is the second time i have replace this chip, which is the socketed chip on the vga/component/dvi input circuit card. Last time i had this problem i ended up fixing it myself because sears took over 3 weeks and still could not figure out the problem. I am working on obtaining this chip, probally get about a dozen so if anyone thinks this may fix there problem as well i my have some for sale. [email protected] of Malobicky Digital Systems.
