It won't focus because ya lens is out of focus due to it being stuck had same prob wig my Sony worked out cheaper to buy a new camera than have it fixed.very fiddley to repair hope if bin some help

After the basics, try dropping the camera on a carpeted area from about 2-3 feet. If you are still under MFG warranty and bought it from Best Buy they will ship it to service most likely, If you have their service plan they will be able to ship it for service... this needs to be serviced by a professional repair place...
