Hi,

You cannot load DVD directly into your Music Player. You have to convert the video to MTV format then you can load it to your player.

You can download the MTV software from the Transcend website

Transcend Tsonic 650 2GB mp3 player not starting up and not responding.. When I try to switch on the player, its not at all switching on.When I connect it to my PC, it shows busy symbol on its display and not responding from there on. Also its not getting recognised by PC. Please help me.
