Facetime I would like all my contacts to b incorperated to my FaceTime

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Scroll down and tap FaceTime.
3. If you're not signed into FaceTime with your Apple ID, tap Use your Apple ID for FaceTime, then tap Sign In, or tap Use Other Apple ID and enter the credentials that you want to use.
4. Tap on the checkmark to the left of the email address(es) that you want to de-register with FaceTime.
5. Conversely, tap the email address(es) that you do want to register with FaceTime so that a checkmark appears.

when other party calls using facetime or if you want to make a call tap the facetime symbol

You have to open the FaceTime App and sign in with your Apple ID if you haven't done that yet. Then you can add anyone from your contacts and call them using FaceTime as long as they also have an iPhone.

Make sure person contacts to your phone number and uncheck that phone number on your ipad, by going to settings facetime.

Add them in your Address Book Application and they will appear in the Facetime contact list.. Also

in order for facetime to work the other person you are trying to contact must have facetime enabled (i.e. have iphone 4 or higher, have an icloud account ) a good way to test is to see if the person can be contacted through imessage
and make sure the person's phone number is listed as iphone in your contacts app

Facetime is exactly the same on both new versions of the iPhone. While there are slight differences in the camera and video functions, when it comes to the Facetime feature, the cameras work exactly the same.

Use FaceTime Between an iPod 4 and an iPhone 4

Tap the Contacts application icon, followed by the plus icon in the upper right corner of the application window to make a new contact.
Type the first and last name of the contact you wish to have a FaceTime call with in the spaces provided.
If the contact uses an iPhone, enter the phone number of the contact in the space provided.
If the contact uses an iPod touch, enter the email address of the contact in the space provided. Tap the "Done" button to save the contact.


Tap the "Settings" icon on the iOS device's home screen, followed by the "Wi-Fi" option.
Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to beneath the "Choose a Network" heading.
Enter the network password in the space provided and tap the "Join" button to join the network.


Tap the Contacts application icon, followed by the contact.
Tap the "FaceTime" option to place a FaceTime call to that contact.
So long as the second iOS device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, it will receive the call.
