Question about Magic Chef MCBR360S Stainless Steel Compact Refrigerator
AND DOES NOT COOL INSIDE

Unplug and look for the thermostat control. Try jumping the thermostat wires together. If it runs then replace the thermostat. Also feel the compressor to see if running, they run very silently. Thanks, Sea Breeze

If the compressor runs on 120 volts AC, (some are three phase DC, you can use a 3n1 hard start kit, they are very simple to use and cost around $20 dollars, you can purchase them at HVAC supply stores. If the compressor continues to short cycle after installing the hard start kit, then you need the compressor replaced and should check your warranty, this is often an expensive repair.

The evaporator can be replaced and a damaged line can be repaired. It's not cheap as a qualified tech will have to recharge the system besides the repair. With the proper model number you can look up parts here. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?psid=26129238&sid=PSx20071217x00001a Model number help here. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
