just buy it new. the radio or USED or a used car just bought with this as old as 2018 radio.
the radio must be setup first , per pages 8 on, this radio is smart, the display shows full errors is full language words. like, "UNSUPPORTED DEVICE" the only locks on this RADIO heat for SiriusXM optional TUNER, <<< got this
is the detached face plate clean on the back side ,gold pins/ or filthy. must be kept clean that.
The Kenwood KDC-355U display will read Protect if the receiver detects a short. Check all of the wiring between the unit and the speakers.
