I bought Norton 360 at Costco and get bonus of Norton Virus Removal Assurance. Direction said to Activate and redeem your Nortonlive service go to nortonlive.com/activate and active within 60 days of purchase, enter required information and activation code. I did get in the web but I do not see any field ask for product key. How do I do please help, thank you

Yes go to support.microsoft.com They can give you a new product code as long as the product was purchased. They do this all of the time if a product key stops working.

If you have a legitimate version of windows, then just mail Microsoft and they will give you another key to try.
The problem is, that there is pirated versions of Windows, which uses the product keys.
Microsoft will be able to help you. Just mail them with your details and problem.
