Need passkey for my H680 motorola head set . ???

Hi, you can follow this step as a guide.

Step 1: Set the headset to be discoverable

1. Turn off the headset.
2. Press and hold the headset button for about eight seconds, until you hear the startup tone and then five quick high beeps.

The headset is now discoverable and will remain so for about five minutes. The status light blinks while the headset is discoverable.

Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the other device and search for devices

1. On the device, turn Bluetooth on and set the device to search for other Bluetooth devices.
2. On the device, choose iPhone Bluetooth Headset and enter the PIN code 0000.

See the instructions that came with your other Bluetooth-enabled device for more information about pairing it with Bluetooth devices.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for using fixya.......

For security reasons, most Bluetooth enabled devices require you to use a passkey.

Note: Motorola handsets and accessories will use the following default passkeys: 0000 or 1234.

Is the H680 able to connect to " My bluetooth places on PC with XP professional

Not unless you install enhanced Bluetooth drivers that support the Audio Headset profile. The drivers usually come with your USB based Bluetooth radio or through your laptop vendor for built in Bluetooth.

Problem w/ connecting h680 to EnV2

just get your bluetooth in pairing mode (steady blue light) then have your phone find the device then connect them when they ask you for the pass code its 0000 if your bluetooth is connected to a different phone you must disconnect it and if it doesnt work and you tried your best try turning the phone off then try it again sometimes this does the trick

How to make a voice call

Are you sure the phone is voice command capable? To set up on the phone you must follow commands to repeat several letters, numbers & words. If you have done that then push the button on the headset & you should hear "say a command".

Motorola h680 has no sound but a flashing red light.

I have same issue, worked perfectly for about year, then all of a sudden when I receives a call I could not ear anything. The other end can ear me, and I can make commands to my phone still but, I hear nothing.

Callers can not hear me or say I sound as if I'm talking from the end of a tunnel

Make sure the microphone is free of dust at the end of the set. You can use a mild air duster to clean out the cavity.
