Hover your mouse cursor in the middle/bottom, to bring the ghosted out navigation guide up.

The laptop keyboard needs to be replaced, go to www.ebay.com Type: make and model of laptop, refine search to keyboard. It would not hurt to hook external keyboard just to be sure.

No, all that's available are disassembly diagrams.Looks like you have a bad "inverter'. Thisis a small circuit board (about 1/2inch by 4 inches) located inside the screens plastic case in the area just above the center of your keyboard. It has two small cables connected to it(one on each end).You'll have to take your screen off the laptop by the hinges and then open the screens plastic case with a small screwdriver.
Opening the laptop enough to get to the screens hinges is usually a job done by experience,since every laptop has a slightly different hinge mechanism and procedure for accessing them.

try to reinstal lte opperating system if you made a restore disk use that your going to have to buy a new opperating system.
