Hello, i have a problem with my tallygenicom T6212 printer, the problem, when i turn it, there a message in the screen (paper out) i ignored it by pushing on enter + LF & enter + TOF, but when i start printing a test, the printer print the paper not clarely, the first line printed clair but the others not, help me plz, sorry about my english
Sir it as a common problem in line printer. You need to do paper out calibration in the following ....
1)Press menu button and select test menu with the help of up down arrow & press enter.
2)Select Diag menu & press enter.
3)Select Cal paper - press enter and follow the instruction which will come on the display of the printer control pannel.
when you will finish the calibration press clear & take print out.
If not solved hold lf+enter and go to diag and select PAPTHOLD & increase the value up to 250 and press enter.Then go to the config menu and select configuration & press two times enter to save the value. Press clear button & take print out online. In this way you can solve the problem.
Sensor is located below the upper left tractor item 99 below. Clean it and make sure the V is facing your holes in the paper. If that isn't the problem? see below how to meter sensors procedures...
