My guess from this little information is the buffer boards are bad. The Y Buffers... (3 boards, main, lower, and upper should be checked). The main buffer could just be out, but usually when we replace one, we replace all three. If you are tech savvy and are going to try to fix this yourself, I would start there. Here is a pic of the Y main.. Part # LJ92-01399A .
the Y lower and Y upper are connected to this.. Usually on the left side of the TV (from the back).
There is a fuse on this board, so it could have blown, but more likely, it's time to be replaced.
The Upper and Lower Y Buffers are part #'s LJ41-05121A and LJ41-05122A. I recently replaced mine on my Philips Plasma and it's been working fine since!
