I am having a problem with my motorola a1200. When people call me I have to talk really loudly in order for them to hear me. I think its a problem with the microphone part in which you speak into. How do I overcome this problem?

Make sure the microphone doesn't rest on your cheek when you are wearing it. If it does, you can buy foam nose pads that are meant for eyeglasses and prevent the problem.
If that isn't it, try looking at the tiny microphone hole. It is part of the blackoval that is on the underside of the boom. Sometimes it gets clogged. A straight pin head will do a pretty good job of cleaning it out.
The only security features that I can find that are preinstalled on the one I have are: Voice Print, Call Barring, PIN request, Phone Lock & Fixed Dialing. You can install java programs on these phones, .mpkg files and .lin files, so if the program you are talking about are one of these it would probably work.
Well, I have been a motorola PDA user for a long time. Some the sites i get my games from are below. Though not all work , its more of hit and trial, some games are really cool. 1. http://www.getjar.com/software/Motorola/A1200/Games/Strategy 2.http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/motorola-a1200-software_545/
You can purchase limited parts (almost everything, minus the radio boards) from www.cnn.cn . As far as detailed instructions, I cannot find anything specific on that model phone, but the "generic" motorola screen repair information is
remove rubber screw covers remove screen bezel (pops into place) unplug ribbon cable from screen replace with new screen reassemble.
These phones really are not all that complicated when you get into them, just take notes or digital pictures of your work so you can refer to them on the reassembly.
Your in luck! www.cnn.cn you can get full housings and replacement hinge springs for this model phone. Im not sure which parts exactly are broken on yours, but you can get any of the case pieces from that web site. I personally have ordered from there before and have been satisfied.
As far as the repair manual, no, there are none available to consumers that im aware of.
hi, it seems u r facing some trouble while receiving calls,. well, there's no such optional setting which would turn the flip speaker on/off,.. hence its clear that the prob is with the flip, my best advice is to give it for an authorized Motorola service center (as your phone comes under the warranty period i guess), and wait for the best to happen,..
