Hi, I don't have the manual with me. I found KLH R 5100 with user manual in the following link. Tray to contact them. OK http://www.ebay.com/itm/KLH-R-5100-Receiver-Hi-Power-/250902259353
They have little clips that slide in the side of the plastic coller at the fitting avary small screw drive can get under them so you can pull them out the rest of the way But you should replace them thats all that holds those lines in and you don;t want to lose a line while driving
Check your signal strength. You may not have enough bars. Also check and make sure your signal level on the router is set to the highest setting. If you don't know how to do this let me know.
