I think you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get passed the password request procedure. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will return your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the applications you have installed, as well as all your personal data and settings. Anyway, to hard reset your device, press and hold both the SEND and END buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys when a confirmation request screen comes up. Follow the on-screen instructions (if I'm not mistaken, confirm the hard reset procedure by pressing the SEND button).

If you cannot remember, final option is to perform a factory reset. Folow these steps:
Turn off phone.
Turn off phone, Press Vol up + Power...AFter samsung logo appears, you will see a strange menu (touch screen will not function here) press vol down to navigate to factory reset. Pres power button to select. To confirm navigate by pressing vol down to confirm and selectwith power button again.
