I had a belkin g wireless and the most it went was 54.0mbps so i went and bought a new Belkin n wireless usb adapter and plugged it in and it goes up to 54.0mbps to, and it says the n wireless goes Up to 300 Mbps what could be the problem?
Hi,
For your connection to reach 300 MBps, not only must your Belkin WiFi USB adapter be an N, so must your Access Point/Router also be N capable. Additionally, your Internet/DSL connection would also be a limiting factor on your Internet Connection speed.
Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
