How to send fax

The Fax machine is actually a B822, not 8822. A search for this model should provide the answers. Manuals are also available on-line

Step 1:
Put the document you want to fax on the glass scanner.

Step 2:
Adjust quality and contrast to your liking.

Step 3:
Dial the recipients number

Step 4:
Press the "Color" or "Black" button.
After scanning the document press "Ok" to send the fax.

To do this you must first set up the Cannon mx300 for faxing.

sorry I botherd you - I did not have the phone line in corrctly
when I figured it out the fax worked fine

Are you sending using Ifax means internet fax? if yes this means you cannot receive fax since you donot have phone line but you can receive only Ifax.

what mean c-crt ? because of cant sent fax?

we should 1st go to cannon.com download your latest driver over using cd one ok manaul is also n ther web site so do that 1st download latest driver for xp or vista whatever u may need form www.cannon.com k thx nick

Sounds like it is at the other end.
If other fax machines can send you multiple pages, your machine is ok.

put fax to send in top, type in fax number press Start/Send button
