Startuo ask for Depart ID and password

You need to turn dept id off but to do this you'll need to clear the system password. You need the service mdode to do this. Press the head key once (the key with a head and star inside) then the 2+8 keys at the same time, then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Now select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' now look for the option the reads 'PSW-CLR' select it and press OK. Now turn off the machine by the control panel and then the power switch. Now turn the machine back on and you should be ok.
