Question about Hotpoint RLA50 Refrigerator

Fridge stopped working last night, no light on either. Fuse and power supply ok. Then it came back on of its own accord but with no light but went off again before going to bed. Has been on during the night but gone off again since. It is a 7 year old hotpoint. What could be the problem? Is it worth getting it fixed? thanks for any advice.

OK. the friedge is goint off due to low thermostate level, up the level of thermostate n c the prob will solve....

First check your power outlet, try connecting the TV to a different power outlet. Then see whether the LED light on the TV is on or blinking. Anyhow, this might need attention by a qualified service technician.

make sure the lamp door is engaging the safety switch. if it is then the a/c input board is bad or the power supply.

Headlights both went out last night. High beams

There is a relay that controls the headlights, volvo calls it a step relay. You will have to check that power is getting to this relay. If not, check all fuses and wiring. If power supply checks out ok, you may have to replace the relay. Let me know if you need any more info or a wiring diagram.

First check where the fan draws power from.

A light switch? Is it on?

Blown fuse, tripped breaker?

WON'T POWER UP NO LIGHT

Try unplugging it from the console and the wall, wait about 20 minutes, then plug it back in.

well first is there a fuse you state fuse available not that one is there -----the surge didnt blow the breaker or fuses either if currant made its way to your components --as to why fuse didnt blow --- no fuse ---surge came through ground --surge blew something before fuse blew your case blew power supply
