Forget Ubuntu :) Try Pardus! On the 17th of July 2009 (only few days)
there will be the new version of this wonderful GNU/Linux distro. It's
the best for a common user. Believe me or not but try it, please! Great
compatibility, no extra packages or strange and additional
configurations, no patent problems, all types of media files, no
terminal, ... THE BEST! Just install it and begin to work, really!

Hi
1.There you have a 32bit version of the compiler try to use the 64bit version 2.Install Windows XP to another hard disk and select the appropriate operating system via a windows boot menu
hello,,,,,,,,,,,,,
First you need to be clear that dual core is the family of Pentium series.
so there is no processor called Pentium..............
now regarding your question i would suggest you do not go for dual core...
Take core 2 duo or I3 /I5/I7 series of processor..............
I am giving you a configuration in a good budget
Rs 50,800/- Intel 3 GHZ Core2 Duo Processor,3 GB DDR2/DDR3 RAM, and a 250/320/500 GB HDD. DVD writer, 15.4-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 dpi. integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 video card, integrated modem and sound card, Wifi, Touchpad mouse and in-built speakers. It has interfaces like Express Card slot, S-Video port, 4 USB ports, Firewire port, bluetooth and a 6 in 1 Digital Media Reader. The laptop comes with an inbuilt camera . It would be better if you can tell me your budget ...............So that i can give you a good configuration ......................
Tested first with one new module with 2GB RAM, then with 2 modules, 2GB (new) + 1GB (original). Post and Windows are showing 3GB. The HP 530 notebook is working OK.
Kind of like with hard drives the amount shown is never the exactly full amount cause when it comes to hard drive space some of it is taken up for creating the partition.
When it comes to memory some of it is taken up for the system to run, boot up, etc. So as long as its close then everything is fine.
so u mean i dont need to install drivers ?
thx
