Solution: Locate the serial number MX882

Locate the Serial Number The serial number of the MX882 is located inside the printer, as shown below.

1. With the printer powered on, open the Paper Output Tray (A).

2. Lift the Scanning Unit (Cover) (B) and fix it with the Scanning Unit Support (C).
   
   
   
   
3. Wait until the print head carriage moves to the ink tank replacement position.
   
   
4. To the right of the print head carriage, inside the printer, is a white sticker that is attached to a metal plate. The serial number is located on the white sticker. Please see the illustration below.
   The serial number starts with four letters and ends with five numbers, for example: ABCD01234.
   
   

If you have done all the steps to clean the printheas, as listed in the printer's maintenance program, contact Kodak and let their customer support know your problem. You will need your model number (5100 AIO) and serial number (lift the platform where you change the ink. There is a number there. They will send you a new printhead. I had the same exact issue with my 5110cn printer. It turned out that the 5100 fuser is wrong for this printer and will not work. The 5110 has a circuit board on the inside and the 5100 fuser does not. Dell item number KX491 with a BCN # of 652423 works perfectly.

then just install it and select driver from the list when adding modifying printer
