Since the brand and model of your router is not provided here, I would assume that it has the same settings as the other router:

1. Access the router's WEBUI (web utility) through its IP address.
2. Once logged in, check the "Content Filtering" option and add "www.facebook.com".
3. Once saved, there should be no computer that are connected to the router that could access Facebook.

on the right side of your facebook account click the account settings, then click the privacy settings, you will see below in the middle your Block lists, click the edit black lists, on the Block user portion,

I am assuming that you are accessing facebook in your office because if its at home, then you can control your router and unblock facebook. Most social networking site are blocked by your network administrator. There will be an option on the router's web configuration page called URL blocking or web filtering. Your can unblock it from there. For accessing the router's web configuration page you have to type the default gateway on the brower's address bar. Your can your IE or Firefox.

Steps to find the default gateway

Start->Control panel->network and internet connections->network connection-> Right click Local area connection-> Status->Support

This will show you the default gateway something like 192.168.1.1

The open Internet explorer type 192.168.1.1 on address bar and unblock the facebook

There are lot of ways to unblock facebook. See if where it is blocked. Is it in your firewall, anti-virus, or router. All you have to do is unblocked it in the options or delete the url in the block list sites.
