Kaspersky tells you whether this is because at some point that was
installed on the PC AVG8, but is unlikely to be removed either. I
recommend you look for the installation of AVG8, install and then
uninstall icon from the Add / Remove Programs control panel. This
should eliminate all traces that may remain in the system of AVG.
After this reboot the PC and can install Kaspersky without any problem.
