My ambir imagescan pro 820i not feeding properly

You can purchase a package of calibration sheets from the Ambir site: https://www.ambir.com/product-category/scanner-accessories/page/2/ . You can use a plain white sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" paper as a temporary calibration sheet. The image quality won't be as good but it will work.

There are four rubber "feet" on the bottom. Carefully peel them off. Remove the screws located under the feet and the top will lift off.

Is it trying to grab the paper? Are the feed rollers working?
If not it's probably a mechanical fault.

Is it trying to feed but slipping?
You might need to go to Ambir's website and purchase some cleaning papers for it.

Is it trying to? Can you hear the gears whirring?
If its trying but slipping you may need to use the Ambir cleaning kit to clean the rollers.
