SOURCE: Jabra BT620 Microphone dose not work with Soft Phone on My PC

Well, I got the same problem the days before, and after some trying, I've solved.

I'm using the Toshiba bluetooth adapter, too. You see, when you want to make a new connection with your bluetooth device, you may either use the Express Mode or the Custom Mode. Go with the Custom Mode, then, there appears the Jabra BT620. After input the 0000 code, you may select the services from 3 options. There, you can find the headset or hands-free option.

Go with that, than you may have your Jabra BT620 as a microphone!

Good luck!

Connect to iPhone 4

Hold the "Answer/End" button on your Jabra Bluetooth headset down until the LED light on the headset turns solid blue. The location of the button may vary based on which headset you have, but its appearance will be the same; it is the button that has an image of a telephone on it.

Click on the "Settings" icon from the main screen of your iPhone 4 .

Click on "General" in your iPhone's "Settings" menu.

Click on "Bluetooth" to access your iPhone's Bluetooth menu and then click the option to turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth connection. Once your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned on, it will search for available Bluetooth devices.

Select your Jabra headset by clicking on the icon that appears on your iPhone's screen.

Enter the passkey for your Jabra Bluetooth headset. The default passkey on Jabra headsets is "0000."

Click on "OK" on your iPhone 4 to complete the connection to your Jabra headset.

Tips & Warnings

The LED light on your headset must be solid blue to pair to your iPhone. A flashing light indicates your headset is not yet in pairing mode and your iPhone will not be able to connect to the headset.

Having your iPhone 4 Bluetooth turned on will drain your phone battery faster than normal.

I recently got the Motorola Droid X and paired & connected by jabra vbt2050 with it and it worked. Today though, when placing a call with the Jabra, I could hardly hear the call. Now I have not power...

To see if the problem is with your bluetooth connection, try sending and recieving files with your bluetooth. If it is successful, then try borrowing 1 jabra device and test it with your phone. The bluetooth connection and the jabra device are the problems I can see since you said it worked once.
Hope this helps! -jayps

I'm trying to pair my jabra bt500 with my iPhone 4. I get all the way through the process when I receive the following message: Connection Unsuccessful "Jabra BT500" is not...

I just had this same problem. I solved it by turning the iPhone Bluetooth off and then back on, after which the pairing (with passcode 0000) worked properly and so does the headset.
