you may have to open a new account , get a sim card and a new PUK code to do what you want to do as you are changing from a home account to business account

If you say you want to change your password, that means you know the default password. If you do, then login with it and you can change it from settings on your 2go page.
on the other hand, if you have forgotten your password, you can visit 2go website to request a new one.

PIN and PUK are security features provided by the service provider. The default are 12345 and 00000000 (eight zeros). BUT, given wrong thrice or more locks the SIM and renders it useless. The SIM has to be changed by the service provider and to retain the old number you pay a little extra. So, please call up the helpline of your service provider (even if from a friend's phone if your does not connect) and ask them for a new PIN or a new SIM if it is non-functional.

The SIM card protects your subscription and not the phone from unauthorised users. If you change SIM cards you can still use your phone with a new SIM card. Most SIM cards are blocked at the time of purchase. If your SIM card lock is on you have to enter your PIN (Personal Identity Card) every time you turn on the phone.

To unblock your SIM card:

2. Enter a new four to eight PIN > OK

2. Enter your PIN > OK
3. Enter a new four to eight digit PIN to confirm > OK
   

To turn the SIM card On /Off

1. > Settings > the General tab > Security > Locks > SIM Protection > Protection and select On or Off

Personal UnlocK code is a code set by the phone service provider to prevent unauthorised usage of phone's pin number.. There's only one way to get it.. Call your service provider's helpline and they'll help you for sure..

You can change it if you like, but make sure you don't forget the new code.
Special Code/Service Provider Lock Code This code is required to allow a phone locked to a particular network's sim cards to be used with a sim card from another network.
The unlock code varies from individual handset to handset.

Which one is it?
The Master Code is used when you have entered your Security code wrongly too many time. The phone requests it, you leave your phone alone for about 10 minutes, then enter the Master Code.
