Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Razor need your help, I have a Razor and it keeps shutting off on me ( when I am not using it). I took it to US Cellular and they told me that I should shut my phone off everyday for 1 hour so my battery can regenerate. I have never heard of this before and I think they are feeding me a line of bull!!

    I haven't had a chance to try to change the battery, the battery is only 3 months old. How do you go about getting the phone upgraded?

    how do I go about telling US cellular that they need they need to upgrade my phone and they have told me that I need to get ahold of Motorolla on my battery? I am just upset, because I do like my phone!

Can't say I've heard that one b4 but I can say i leave my phone on 24/7 and never had a prob.
May be as simple as a battery prob try replacing that first if it still does not help then it will need a tech to look at it,maybe even upgrade the software

    Not sure of your warranty laws in the US but here in Aus all phones have 12 mnths warranty and software upgrades are covered under warranty as well as batteries.

    If you want to upgrade the phone to another then that is a different story you need to take that up with the store you purchased from

    I'm sorry if i'm upsetting you but what i've told you is a customer service thing which is just expected here in Aus.

    Obviously you are getting no satisfaction from your store of purchase so try motorola

    www.motorola.com and look on there sight for a service centre near you

As i'm riding the engine will shut off sometimes and I have to restart at the start button. Any Ideas?


I also have a 2003 Ultra that would shut down for no reason while I was driving, started happening 3 months after I had the bike, very dangeous, happened in a curve once, took it to the dealer and they were having problems a module for the ignition I thought. They replaced it twice, then told me that because I had a trailer wiring harness hooked up that was causing interferance, they took that off and havent had the problem since. Didnt use the trailer hitch much anyways, but dont know at this point if it was the module or the harness. Hope this helps.

Phone won't hold charge


You can get a universal charger that charges the battery independent of the phone at :

Freezing


ugh same probleme but i cant even txt like everytime i shut it off again it just keeps doing the same thing. BUT untill you take it in to a store to get fixed use abc and DONT push the #(space) button....cause thats what frezzes it. right now i just use dots for spaces lol.. apparently You need to get your phone formatted and software reinstalled thats what someone told me. so just bring it in to a store

Jasjar keeps shutting off randomly


i got the same problem on Jasjar. i took it at the campany they told me that i just have to change the battery and the battery its just like 30 $ and now it still working.. but.. to not have this problem again.. when ur battery is dead.. u have to charge it from the elecricity not from USB computer. and good luck:D

Projection TV keeps shutting down


I just took my Mitsubishi WS-65315 65" in to be repaired for the same problem and was told that it needed a new main circuit board part number 930b899005 as was told they wanted to charge me $1100.00. So I told them not to do the repair and picked up my tv and found that same part at Sears parts for only $225.00. Some of these TV repair places are theifs.
