Print Mode Error is Chenglish for a problem with printing. Press the Print key at the left side of the panel, then the display should tell you to add paper etc

Any error messages on the printer digital screen or the desktop? I take it the "The ink is fine" means that there is ink in the cartridges!

Try a test print via the Control Panel> Printers and Faxes> properties > Print test page.

check under printer driver, paper size.Usually the default paper size iz ltr. change it to A4 if you wana print on A4.

It sounds as if the paper size at the machine is set incorrectly. Try checking to ensure you cassette or bypass if that is where you are printing from is set correctly.

when this error comes up..hit the print button on the left hand side..this will than tell you on the screen wha the actual problem is..i.e ( out of paper...lost connection etc

check the ip address, subnet, and gateway on your printer... by going to print and then print status page...

1. need to get the IP address of the printer, print a configuration page from the printer and that should have it on it

2. open up the add a printer wizard and for the port you need to create a new tcp/ip port with the ip address of the printer

3. you need to have the drivers available on your computer to complete the addition of the printer

The printer is properly connected and configured, but printing is garbled or displays unwanted characters. Check the communication switch and make sure that the Interpreter is set to the correct value. If you are printing a PostScript document, the Interpreter mode should be PostScript or AutoSelect.
