Touch screen just show missing call but doesn't react on touch. I can dial and making calls by digits.
The most common issue here is that the touch screen is defective, to replace this can equal the cost of a new phone of another brand.

It's pretty much phone system dependent on the one touch, but PROG F button, 9+number STORE usually works.
As far as the calling into IVR systems, you may have to press # to send touch tones after you dial a number, or adjust the tone length in programming. Of course not all systems let you change DTMF times, but that's another thread :-)

It says "Not Stored" because you haven't stored anything in it. There are 12 buttons on the left side with lights and 12 buttons for feature dialing on the right. If you want to monitor extensions, the buttons on the left are the ones to use. If you want to store speed dial numbers and feature codes use the ones on the right.
Left button programming. Press PROGRAM and the button. For extensions, dial 1+ext and STORE. For CO's, press 0+line number, for inside codes press 2+code, for outside number press 2+9+number, all followed by STORE.
Right button programming. For inside codes dial the code, for outside number press 9+number followed by STORE.
Note that you could also dial "8x" or "80x" in place of "9" for specific line access. Also, you can store extension speed dial numbers on the right, you just won't get a light indication when they're busy.

Do the buttons make a noise when your press them? If not then that part of the phone is broken.
