dont know for sure but these are usually 3032 button style batteries, you can buy them at a local supermaket.
pop out or slide out once youve got the case open.

NB this is a very general solution, open the case first if breaking the warranty doesnt worry you.

I have a 4420 falcon and it works only when the usb cable is connected to te computer in other words, the internet doesn't function when i disconnect it from the stand that has the cable connected to it....
Hi,
I presume the PC you connect to has an internet connection. If so this is normal behaviour. When you connect to a PC via a USB cable and ActiveSync the connection is given an IP address via the host PC. If under the ActiveSync settings you are allowing the connected device to use the host PC's internet connection then the 4420 has access to the internet. simpuls.

To get a connection to the internet you would require a different connection, i.e. wireless.

You would also need a wireless access point or wireless router. Set the SSID and encryption on the wireless device and match it on the 4420.
