Paper jam error code with no paper jamb

ope cartage.... clean printers rollers if possible by you....

No relate with paper jam & page count resetting. Might be maintenance not installed properly..Remove paper jams, restart printer,if error 13.20 appears check some paper/paper particles jammed.. 1. Print from manual tray.
A. If paper is jamming, check registration assembly, clean it,best method for cleaning is vacuum cleaner in this area. chk..
B. Take out registration assembly, check clutch gears, driving gears, solenoids..
2. Check pick up rollers are properly installed in tray 2 & 3..
3. Check PIU unit for paper jams
4. Check Fuser sensor flags.
To reset the counter: Hold enter button & switch on the machine, wait till display shows cold restart, scroll to reset maintenance kit with help of arrow buttons & enter. Printer restarts & counter will become Zero..

If the error does not go away, there may still be a scrap of paper blocking several sensors, or the sensor may be faulty.

When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or stickyrollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces ofpaper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs.
The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper tonot feed straight.
Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.

When you removed the jammed paper, did the paper come out inone piece, if not did all the pieces that were removed make up the entire sheetof paper?

Hi, Follow these steps:- 1.Turn the printer off and on to see if it can automatically clear some or all of the jam. Many printers provide an error-code listing on the front panel display for the area where the jam occurred. If your printer shows an error code, be sure and check the printer manual to see if that identifies the area of the printer where the jam occurred. 2.Turn off the printer. 3.Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper. 4.Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge. 5.If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it in a bag or away from light to avoid damaging it. 6.If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly.The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam. 7.If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though. 8.Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on. 9.If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Reinspect the paper path.

u have to reset ur printer try to hold ur finger on power button for more than 15 sec then turn it on again

Code 1300 indicates that paper jam error occurs. First, check whether any broken paper inside the paper path, remove it then press Resume/Cancel button. If problem still persist, means paper sensor error or paper sensor cam is broken. If it so, then I suggest you bring your printer to nearest service center.
