Do the streaks get fainter as you print more pages?
It sounds to me like have toner on your rollers/fuser.
Print out 10 prints from the printer and see if it improves.
If you remove the fuser wiper cover from the top of the printer and look down you will see part of the fuser roller (DON'T TOUCH VERY HOT) and check if there is toner on it.
to large a data being sent for memory on printer photoshop will be hungry data and its has to small a memory to cope ok for normal printing but not this type of work
I had the same problem and I fixed it this way. I uninstalled the printer driver then I went to the Lexmark site and under 'Drivers" I typed in t520 driver xp. There are a couple of them, pick the mpmoinxe.exe one it comes with an install. When you get to the choice of a t520 or a t520sbe pick the t520. The install will guide you through. When I got done the problem disapeared. I hope it works for you too.
this sounds like you have a fuser problem look at the fuser and see if it has toner build up on the rollers ghost printing can be caused by the toner cartridge or the fuser. this would indicate that your fuser isnt maintaining enough heat for complete fusing. is you take the rear covers off and run your print job. look to the far left side of the fuser and you will see the heat lamp lit up. this light should cycle on every 1 1/2 pages or so. any longer than that and it wont keep up with the print job
