Restart the device and power it on while holding the power button and volume down until the boot screen clears, keep holding the volume down key as this will allow you to get to the root settings and wipe/cache partion resets and delete user install data. :-)
If you have an IT section they should be able to do it. If you don't you would have to locate something like LUCrack to get past a Windows system and if your using Windows 7 I'm not even sure you can do it then. Win 7 stores the passwords differently.
