What does the display "service 5" mean? - Jura Capresso C1300 Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine

"B" in the maintenance area means a brake service needs to be done.
"1" is a tire rotation.
"2" is cabin air filters needs replaced.

Please call your phones service provider, they may charge for this service. Just because the phone is capable of caller ID function doesn't mean it is a free service.

Your range is probably in the Sabbath mode. The error code shown on the display is"Sab", not "5ab".

To disable the Sabbath mode push and hold the Clock pad for 3 seconds.

this means that you have problem with carriage home position error.

This is displayed when the carriage homeposition sensor could not detect the
carriage within the prescribed time.

Some of things that needs to be checked or replaced:
1.Visual check
Remove any foreign objects adhering to the carriage contact section, carriage
homeposition sensor, linear scale, and linear sensor.
2.Carriage homeposition sensor
Check operation using SERVICE MODE>I/O DISPLAY, and replace if anything
does not function normally.
3.Cable connection check
Replace the cable between the carriage homeposition sensor and engine controller
if the connection is not functioning normally.
4.Replace the linear scale.
5.Replace the linear encoder.
6.Replace the engine controller.
7.Replace the system controller.

How to enter Service mode:
Follow the procedure below to enter Service mode.
1) Turn off the printer.
2) Turn on the printer while holding down the [PAPER SOURCE] button and [Online]
button.
3) Check that "Canon W72xx" is shown on the display, and then release the buttons.
4) Next, "SERVICE MODE" is shown on the display. (If sheets are inserted, this will
be displayed after the sheets are loaded.)
5) Use the [down arrow] button to make a selection.

In1 = INSPECTION 1 (Inspection service)

1. Press and hold button [A] in the picture below.


2. Switch ignition ON.
3. The letters "OIL" will appear in the trip recorder display.
4. Release button [A].
5. Press and release button [A].
6. The letters "INSP" will appear in the trip recorder display.
7. Pull out button [B] for approximately 2 seconds to reset the display.

It means that something in the power section has failed,and the system goes into standby (safety) mode.Could be a fuse,resistor,or IC.Does it blink? On your remote you could press display,channel,5,volume - (minus),then power,for the diagnostics,.....for service mode press display,channel,5,volume + (plus) then power,press 8 then enter

1. With the key out of the ignition... press and hold the left odometer button.

2. Turn the key to position 1... Meaning radio turns on, but instrument cluster warning lights stay off.

3. Keep holding the button for a few seconds (5-10) untill the display changes and says any of these words... OIL SERVICE or INSPECTION with RESET or RE.

4. Release the button but then again press it and hold (about 5-10 seconds) untill RESET or RE flashes.

5. While the display flashes press the button one more time briefly, and if done correctly the words "end SIA" will show up in a few seconds.

According to the Sony Service Manual for the PFM-500A3WU, 12 22 means either the Plasma Panel has failed or the Power Supply has failed. 12 means "warning decrease of panel high voltage" and 22 means "warning of decrease of middle panel voltage".ve had a look on other forums and someone as narrowed the 12/22 code down to the (ic102) its only outputing 5volts its something to do with the (b+ power supply)
