Turn your fax off then back on. If the problem persist try a memory clear. Press function 9 * 8 # 7 then press start , then keep pressing your # key until you see memory clear then press start. You will lose #'s that are stored. If the problem still persist try another phone line(analog line). This problem will not be in your owners manual, but if you still need one I would do a google search.
you just need to look around a bit but i'll find 1 for ya
ok all ya have to do is type in ur details and they'll look for a manual 4 ya. use this link. keep looking back though because i might find the actuall document online. goodluck!
I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THE MANUAL, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT MOST MACHINES THREAD ABOUT THE SAME. IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS MAYBE A COMMERCIAL MACHINE, AND I WANTED TO WRITE JUST TO TELL YOU TO BE VERY CAREFUL. WITH A COMMERCIAL MACHINE YOU CAN SEW OVER YOUR FINGERS WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING. FOR EXAMPLE, SAY A REGULAR HOME SEWING MACHINE HAS 1,500 rpms, THE EQUALIVENT IN A COMMERCIAL MACHINE IS 15,000 RPMS. THERE IS POWER AND SPEED. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS PARTICULAR MACHINE, BUT WANTED TO TELL YOU TO JUST PUT THE BANDAIDS ON YOUR FINGERS FIRST, BECAUSE IF IT IS A COMMERCIAL MACHINE, IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO DO A LITTLE BIT OF PRACTICE FIRST BEFORE YOU "PUT THE PEDDLE TO THE METEL".
