Radio shack pro-97 hand held scanner

I live in Dubois county IN and I have the police and ems programed but cant seem to get the state police. I have a trunking scanner and all the frequencies for this area programed . I just cant get the thing to trunk for me ....ill buy the kit if someone can send all the programs via e-mail?

It is particularly helpful with info on digital trunking and how to program your pro 96 for your specific area.
