Network settings are accessed through the Administrator menu. Press Utility/Counter, then choice #3 should be Administator Settings. Enter your admin password and Network Settings should be choice #5.
Also, if the bizhub is already on the network, you can enter the IP address into your web browser and log in as an administrator to get to the network settings.

This is a on going issue with this model, due to using induction heating, the fusing unit turns constantly, causing the squeak.
