Could be from LOTS of reasons.
…Try the simple things first.
Have you done a "Defrag" lately?
Keep running it again and again untill it finishes in less than two minutes.
Spyware and Viruses can also a big slowdown.
You may have some spyware installed on your computer. If you have an anti-spyware program installed make sure it is NOT listed on 'The Spyware Warrior List of ‘Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites’
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Those are "anti-spyware programs" that install their OWN spyware, while 'supposedly' removing everything else.
Use instead "Ad-Aware 2007", "Spybot - Search & Destroy", "SpywareBlaster", "Webroot SpySweeper" are four good ones out of many. Beware of imitations and name similarities. Install and update then run them weekly, after doing the latest updates.
Lastly, to stay OFF of Weird and Strange websites!  ;>)
Install McAfee SiteAdvisor.

Why is it running slower, locking up, and blacking out?

Sounds like a hardware problem. I suggest you contact the seller and try to get a replacement or repair under warranty.

My Bosch jigsaw suddenly seems to run too slowly. It just doesn't cut as agressively as when new, and seems to turn less rpm. what's going on with it?

This may seem dumb but did you accidentely turn the variable speed dial on the trigger down? Not sure which model you have but that is the most common problem that comes into my shop with certain models.

Fan running slowly

It seems that the motor armature is burn or about to burn .
If you can fix it by yourself , then dissemble the unit, remove the motor. Loosen the bolts running from end to end of the motor and with emery cloth, clean the small metal plates on the end of the armature. They should be bright copper color. If the armature is burnt, they will be dull brown. The other thing is to replace the brushes in the motor . or call for repairing if you are not sure that you can do it by yourself .

Model # - ET18HK - Refrigerator not cooling

Sounds like you have a leak in the refrigeration circuit somewhere. The refrigerant has leaked out of the system. It often will leak very slowly and you will not hear see of notice anything till the unit stops working.
To find the leak and repair the unit will probably cost more than buying a new one. These leaks are often very hard to find and many are not repairable anyway.

My XPS M140 is slow. It pauses for no reason

Hi,
If the system is pausing for 10-30 seconds , there could be some bad sectors on the harddrive or , there are some unwanted programs running in the background
To check if your hdd is working fine
1. restart your computer
2. And press the F12 key slowly 5 times
3. Run onboard diagnostics on the hdd.

Thanks for using Fixya

Laptop suddenly shutsdown at startup

First disconnect anything connected to the laptop not necessary for booting.

Next, when you boot start slowly tapping F8 function key after the BIOS loads, but before you see anything that says Windows.

A menu should pop up. Select Last known good configuration that worked from the menu.

If it still reboots, use F8 to get to the startup menu and select Safe mode.

If you can get to the desktop now in Safe mode, try running a System Restore back to before the problem occurred.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and select System Restore.

Follow the prompts and select a bold date before the problem began. After the reboot the problem may be resolved, but you may have to re-install any recently added software.

If still no go, boot to the Windows CD and choose to run a repair.

Let me know if you need more help.
