Carrier blinking x10 light

It is AC therefore it doesn't matter, they need current to operate, about 5-8 watts per switch. It may be more cost effective to use LED lights and leave them on. I have problems with LED lights in the X10 because they do not use enough current.

As of 2012: the button to hold is POWER.


1. make sure HS-905BT is off (hold Power till the blue light goes off, you hear descending sequence of tones)

2. hold Power to turn on (ascending tones, blue LED on) + KEEP holding Power till the blue LED flashes twice and you hear a double-beep. Device is ready for pairing.

According to the manual, a red blinking light indicates that the lamp cover is open. Try reseating the lamp and making sure everything closes up right. If the light is still blinking, it is most likely a problem with the projector itself and you may need to find out about getting it serviced.

That blinking light may be the diagnostic light. Count the blinks next time it fails. Carrier units will have two different blinks depicting the error code such as one blink followed by a pause than 3 blinks giving you an error code of 13. Then look at the wiring diagram, it will have an error code chart telling you where to start with your diagnosis. You already know that if you remove the cover it erases the error code, so look thru the small window first.

There 3 light on the printer that able to indicate to user when problem occur. Which is the light u mean here?

1st button light blink rapidly = the printer may be out of paper, so load more paper and press the 1st button itself to continue. Or may be paper jam is occur, so clear the paper jam and press the 1st button light itself to continue.

If 1st button light blink slowly = mean the cartridge carriers are stuck, so raise the scanner unit and remove any object blocking the path of the cartridge carrier, make sure the cartridge are closed and installed properly, then lift the scanner unit, gently push the scanner support towards the cartridge carriers, and carefully lower the scanner unit until it is completely closed. After that press the 1st button itself to continue.

If 2nd LED light blinking = the color cartridge need to be replaced soon.

If 2nd LED light is ON = the color cartridge need to be replaced immediately.

If 3rd LED light blinking = the black cartridge need to be replaced soon.

If 3rd LED light is ON = the black cartridge need to be replaced immediately.

if you remove the door you see it blinking through there is usually a led diagnostic code list. before removing panel count the long and the short blinks and write the amounts down as you may resett the code by removing the door.

You will need to open it up and flip this little breaker switch. It has gotten to hot and tripped itself. Dust it out while you are in there.
